SIRUBA 700L/ECA-U with automation and material scrap suction system

A series of modern, high-performance overlock machines equipped with automatic thread/tape trimming controlled manually or by photocells, a chain and material scrap suction system, and automatic presser foot lifting.

A specially designed thread guide system ensures stable operating conditions even at high sewing speeds. The 700L overlock machines also feature new materials in all components in contact with the threads. This reduces the buildup of electrical charges in the threads and improves stitch quality, resulting in easier machine adjustments, better seam quality, and a wider range of applications.

The use of modern technologies has reduced the weight of individual mechanisms while maintaining high quality and durability. This ensures quiet operation and high operational smoothness, even at high speeds.

Siruba 700L series overlocks are standardly equipped with modern energy-saving servo motors mounted in the machine head – Direct Drive system (230V power supply) and LED lighting.

Servo motors are currently the most modern type of drive for sewing machines. Machines with this type of drive consume up to 75% less electricity than traditional clutch motors, are quieter, and produce less vibration during operation.

The ECA-U automation requires connection to a compressed air source.
