Siruba DT8200 is a series of 2-needle lockstitch machines with double transport (needle-tooth) and automatic functions.

Machines come in subclasses for light and medium materials (M) or for medium and heavy materials (H).

A series of specialized 2-needle lockstitch machines with a double needle-tooth transport, equipped with a number of innovative solutions that increase efficiency and comfort of work. Powerful 750W Direct-Drive motor ensures quiet operation and low power consumption. DT828L is the first Siruba -2 needle machine equipped with two stepper motors controlling material transport, thread cutting and presser foot lifting. This solution works much quieter and more efficiently compared to the existing mechanisms controlled by electromagnets.
To increase the comfort of work, powerful LED lighting of the working field with the possibility of 3-step adjustment of the light intensity is used.

1. A special bidirectional stepper motor (patent) allows you to control both thread cutting and foot lifting.
2. The new, straight type thread trimmer has better parameters and is easier to adjust.
3. The new, built-in lubrication mechanism minimizes the risk of possible staining of materials during sewing.
4. Control panel for easy and efficient control of automatic functions and setting the stitch and stitching parameters.

The use of electronic stitch length controlled by a stepper motor ensures perfect setting of stitching parameters, also during bartacking.

It is also possible to obtain programmable decorative stitches.

The electronic knee lifter controls the stepper motor lifting the presser foot, thanks to which it does not require the use of much force as in the case of mechanical knee lifts.
