SIRUBA DL7500 is a series of 1-needle lockstitch machines with needle and tooth feed, material cutter and automatic functions.

A modern 1-needle lockstitch machine with a double needle and tooth feed and a fabric edge cutter. Designed for sewing light and medium materials. It is ideal for sewing elements where the highest precision is required, i.e. sewing tabs, cuffs, collars, etc. It is possible to quickly turn off and on the cutter mechanism, thanks to which there is no need for continuous sewing with simultaneous trimming.
Energy-saving servo motor, control box and panel mounted in the head.

The machine is equipped with two stepper motors:
– controlling material transport – enables sewing with decorative stitches and ensures quiet operation, perfect bartacks and stitch thickening function,
– thread trimmer and presser foot lift for quiet operation.

The machine’s closed lubrication system minimizes the risk of oil contamination during operation and extends drain intervals.
The machine is equipped with a nipper that holds the thread at the beginning of sewing and three function buttons located in an easily accessible place next to the needle bar:
– reverse sewing
– adding a stitch
– stitch thickening

Needle-tooth transport supports the movement of materials under the presser foot, which is especially important when sewing slippery materials, stitching more layers or sewing through thickenings.

Controlled by an easy-to-use touch control panel.
The electronic knee presser allows you to raise the presser foot manually.
LED lighting of the working area.
