SIRUBA DL7200D is a series of single-needle lockstitch machines with double needle-tooth feed.

The energy-saving servo motor (Direct Drive), control box and control panel mounted in the machine head provide automatic functions:

• thread cutting
• bartacking at the beginning and end of sewing
• needle positioning
• programming of stitching parameters
• lifting the presser foot

For greater comfort of work, the machines are equipped with powerful LED lighting with adjustable light intensity and four function buttons next to the needle bar:

• reverse sewing
• adding a stitch
• 1/2 stitch
• 1/4 stitch

The DL7200D machines use a new wiper (nipper) mechanism that holds the thread at the beginning of sewing. The new mechanism also allows the use of a larger number of various additional accessories. The machine is complete with table and motor (230V power supply).

The machine is equipped with a number of new solutions that increase functionality and comfort of work:
– Double thread cutting system ensures an extremely short thread left on the material after cutting (3mm).
– Closed-circuit lubrication system. The machine does not have a traditional open oil pan, so the oil remains clean longer and retains its lubricating properties for longer.
