Siruba 700LD Series Overlock Machine

SIRUBA 700LD is a series of modern overlocks with automatic functions. The machines have direct needle drive, standard needle positioning and an improved active lubrication system. The standard equipment is energy-saving, modern LED work field lighting. The energy-saving servo motor, mounted in the machine head, ensures quiet operation and low power consumption.

The 700LD series machines allow you to work in semi-automatic mode (cutting, suction and lifting of the presser foot controlled by photocells), in manual mode (cutting by pressing the button, lifting the foot with the pedal, etc.) or in fully automatic mode (e.g. the entire sewing process controlled by photocells, including automatic starting and ending of the sewing process). Photocells, hidden in the needle plate, are characterized by high accuracy and do not affect the access to the working area of ​​the machine.

Readable, graphic control panel on which we set all parameters related to automatic functions and those related to the operation of the machine, i.e. sewing speed, etc.

The 700LD series overlock machines use new materials in all elements in contact with threads. This is to reduce the formation of electric charges in the threads and improve the quality of the stitch, which translates into easier adjustment of the machine.
