SIRUBA ASP-JBL100 is an automatic 1-needle belt-loop attaching machine

A modern 1-needle machine designed for attaching belt loop in trousers and jeans jackets, work clothes etc. The machine was designed in cooperation with JUKI equipped with a sewing head LKS-1900AN.
It has a feeder, automatically cutting off the desired belt length, folding the edges of the belt loop and feeding the formed belt loop into the working area of ​​the machine. The operator’s work is limited to placing the product under the foot.
Smooth regulation of the length of the supplied belt loop. The machine provides performance at the level of 800 pants per shift 8 hours (assuming: 5 loops in pants, each bartack 28 stitches).
