SIRUBA ASK-EBS100 is a machine for stitching rubber in a belt

A modern automatic machine designed for sewing on rubber in an overlock strap. The machine has previously sewn rubber round, ensuring even tension across the entire circumference of waistband. The role of the operator is reduced to applying the prepared belt to the tension rollers, placing the belt on the work area and starting the machine. Tension and mutual positioning of materials are controlled by a sensor system and do not require any intervention by the operator.
Automatic chain cutting, lifting the presser foot and the suction system for scraps of cut material affect high quality and sewing performance. The machine uses a high-performance cylindrical overlock head Siruba 747KS.
The ease of use and high level of automation mean that the operator can operate up to two machines at the same time, which significantly affects the speed and efficiency of work (time to prepare and add one rubber in the belt about 15 seconds). Control via an easy-to-use and legible touch control panel.
